CNC machined and hand finished from aerospace-grade 6061-T6 aluminium. Engineered to reduce un-sprung weight for sharper response and improved dynamics.

VF-RS1

A lightweight monoblock wheel, precision machined from TUV, VIA/JWL and ISO 9001:2000 certified 6061‑T6 billet aluminium.

Available in 19” to 24” diameters and widths from 8J to 12.5J. Tailored concave profiles with ET, load rating and weight engineered per vehicle specification.

State-of-the-art-forging

Precision Engineered

Our forgings are manufactured specifically to maximise concavity for each application. Every wheel is CNC machined to a precise offset to achieve the deepest profile possible, as shown on the Audi C8 RS6. Note, offset and concavity will vary depending on vehicle specification.

Extreme Concave

Engineered to a vehicle specific offsets for maximum concave.

T6061-T6 Alloy

Made from aerospace grade forged aluminium.

Choose from full brushed gloss or satin, polished face with brushed detailing, or polished face with solid or metallic finishes. All available in gloss or satin and included as standard on the VF-RS1.
